Welcome to Eltrendio. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eltrendio. We operate this store and website, including its information, content, features, tools, products and services, collectively referred to as the “Services”, to provide a curated shopping experience.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced within them, explain your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully, including the provisions concerning warranties and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.

1. Access and account

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Eltrendio may accept or decline an order for any reason at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before accepting it.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.

If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or telephone number supplied when you placed it.

Returns and exchanges are available solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use, rather than commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation email.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs and import charges.

Our online prices may differ from those in physical shops or online and other stores operated by third parties. Promotions may have separate terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotion terms take precedence.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current purchase, payment and account information. Please promptly update details such as your email address, credit card number and expiry date so that we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.

When supplying credit card details, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the card for the purchase.
• Your card provider will honour the charges.
• You will pay the displayed prices and any applicable shipping, handling charges and taxes.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays, including those caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control.

Ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you once we hand the products over to the carrier.

6. Intellectual property

The Services and their content, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, together with their design, selection and arrangement, belong to Eltrendio, its affiliates or licensors. They are protected by United States and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Eltrendio’s names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks belonging to Eltrendio, its affiliates or licensors. You must obtain Eltrendio’s prior written permission before using them.

Shopify’s names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans belong to Shopify. Other trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

7. Optional tools

The Services may provide access to tools supplied by third parties. We do not monitor or control these tools and have no input into them.

You acknowledge that access is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, representations, conditions or endorsement of any kind. We accept no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Shopify powers our store, but purchases made through it are transactions directly between you and Eltrendio.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those transactions, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Eltrendio.

You confirm that:

• You own the Feedback or have all rights needed to provide it.

We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you for it or respond to it.

We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes intellectual property rights or these Terms.

Your Feedback must not infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. It must not contain unlawful, libellous, abusive or obscene material, viruses or other malware that could affect the Services or a related website.

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages, such as lost profits, revenue, savings or data, replacement costs and similar losses, whether arising under contract, tort, including negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

This limitation also applies to other claims connected with your use of the Services or products, including errors or omissions in content and losses arising from content or products posted, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Services, even where the possibility of such losses has been communicated.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Eltrendio, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against losses, damages, liabilities and claims payable to third parties, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms or documents incorporated by reference.
• Your violation of a law or another party’s rights.

We will notify you of claims covered by this indemnity. A delay in notifying you does not release you from your obligations unless it materially prejudices you.

You and Eltrendio consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.

The current version of these Terms is available on this page.

We may, at our sole discretion, update, change or replace any part of these Terms by publishing changes on our website. You are responsible for checking the website periodically for updates.

We will notify you of material changes as required by applicable law. Those changes take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Continuing to access or use the Services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
