Returns and exchanges
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can request a return under the conditions below.
30-day return period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
Return conditions
To qualify for a return, the items must:
- Show no signs of use.
- Include the original packaging, inserts and accessories.
Cancelling your order before shipment
You can cancel your order within two hours of placing it. If you are unsure about your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will manually check its status.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs for standard returns, including when an item does not meet your expectations regarding its characteristics, colour, size or other factors.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You remain responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.
Refunds
Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the items. If they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund.
- Refund processing takes up to 10 working days after the warehouse receives your return.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days of our confirmation that the return has been received, please contact us.
